Since this program was designed to enable A Dog Owner's Network to create a better shopping experience, we request that you first attempt to remedy your concern with the manufacture. If you do not receive satisfaction, we will accept the return and issue you a credit for 125% of the item's cost. Customers will be asked to complete a short questionnaire and describe their shopping experience before using their gift certificate.

Gift Certificates are non-transferable and not eligible for cash refund. They are only redeemable through purchase of goods & services at A Dog Owner's Network. Returns must be made within 7 days Gift Certificates are void 61 days after date issued. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To qualify for the Gift Certificate program, customers must take physical possession of purchased products. The item must be returned in "new" condition. The maximum allowable Gift Certificate value per transaction is: $100 To avoid abuse, customers are eligible to make up to three claims per year against the 125% program. After three claims, complaints will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Credits to customer accounts and Gift Certificates will only be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise at A Dog Owner's Network, or its authorized agent. A Dog Owner's Network reserves the right to modify this program at any time without prior notification.

As customary for internet and catalog retailing, shipping costs for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Items listed as "costume", "music", and "software" are excluded from this offer. Credits to customer accounts will only be applied upon receipt of returned merchandise under the terms and conditions noted above.
